Voters’ Meeting June 9

There will be a voters’ meeting held after the 10:45 service for the purpose of approving a needed school plumbing repair, as well as issuing a Call to Mrs. Pam Johnson as Director of Parish Music.

Sunday School Teachers Needed

We would like to be able to offer a multi-age Sunday School class throughout the summer. If you would be willing to make a short-term commitment to teach on a rotating basis, please contact Matthew Frick by May 29.

SCUBA VBS - VBS will be held June 10-13 from 6-8pm at St. John. Join us as we dive deep into friendship with God! Take kids deep into an amazing undersea adventure where they’ll experience the ever-flowing, never-ending love of God. Meals are provided each day for families at 5pm, and VBS activities begin at 6pm. Registration for participants and volunteers is available online HERE We are especially in need of adult volunteers to help give our kids a great VBS experience! Please register by May 31.

Summer Projects - Please note that the replacement of the windows on the south side of the school will begin May 28. School plumbing repairs will begin May 28 as well, and the water in the school will be shut off while those repairs are being completed. The water on the church side of the building will still be functional.

Memorial Day - The church and school office will be closed on Monday, May 27, in observance of Memorial Day.

Summer Hours - The church and school office will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9am-Noon, effective May 28 through July. Office staff are available by appointment and email at other times as needed.

LWML Convention Invitation - ALL women are invited to attend one or all three days of the Indiana District LWML Convention June 21 - 23, 2024 at the Hendricks County 4-H Conference Center in Danville, IN.

Graduate Recognition - Do you know a 2024 high school or college graduate? Please submit (by May 24) their name, school, honors/awards and post-graduation intentions to Matthew Frick so we may recognize them. Graduates will be honored on June 2 with a special blessing during worship.
