Sunday School Teachers Needed

There WILL be Summer Sunday School July 21. We still need teachers to fill out the rest of the summer. If you would be willing to make a short-term commitment to teach on a rotating basis, please contact Matthew Frick. Thank you to those who have helped so far!

Adult Ministry Lunch and Learn - August 7

We will meet for lunch and have the privilege of hearing from some of our members about their family history and experience at St. John through the years. Did you know we have current members who are the eighth generation at St. John?! Chicken nuggets will be provided. Please bring a side salad or dessert to share. We hope you will join us!

Summer Bible Study Schedule

Sunday Morning Adult Bible Study

What do Alexander the Great and Pompey have to do with Jerusalem? What are the Apocrypha and Hanukkah? Who was Herod? Where did Pharisees, Sadducees, and Zealots come from? The Sunday Adult Bible Class will study a brief series on the intertestamental period. Join us in the music room at 9:30am on Sunday!

Wednesday Morning Adult Bible Study is studying the book of Joshua. Join us beginning at 9:45.

Men’s Bible Study - will meet on Saturday, August 3rd at 7:30 am in the teacher workroom for breakfast and continuing our study of the book Christ Above All, an examination of Paul's letter to the Colossians. All men of St. John are invited to attend and bring a friend! Please RSVP HERE

Trinity Lutheran School is seeking two Indiana licensed teachers to fill fourth grade and fifth grade openings. Both positions are for full-time employment and have health, dental, and vision insurance. Pay is based on years of experience guidelines. Stephen Ministers are members of our congregation who receive special training to provide one-to-one Christian care to people in our congregation and community who are experiencing grief, loneliness, divorce, hospitalization, disability, job loss and many other life difficulties. Stephen Ministers listen, care, encourage and provide emotional and spiritual support to people who are facing a crisis or going through tough times.
