A Farewell Reception for the Durkin Family
After 11 years at St. John Lutheran Church and School, John Durkin is accepting a call to serve at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and School in Springfield, Virginia.
John says, "It’s never easy to pull up your tent posts and move on, but that’s what Mary and I agreed to when we understood that God was calling us to give our lives to His ministry. These past few months have been filled with questions, emotions, faith and stress, but through it all we’ve been reminded to “Let the Lord Lead” (LtLL)."
We invite you to join us for a Farewell Reception for the Durkin Family. Join us for a light lunch as we say our good-byes to John, Mary, Maddie, and Mikey.
