Confirmation Sunday
This Sunday, May 4th, 19 young adults will confirm the faith given to them at their baptism in a special service at 1:00pm in the Dwelling Place. The congregation is invited to attend! Click HERE to read the students’ statements of faith.
Welcome Pastor Duling
Pastor Duling will preach his first sermon at St. Johnthis Sunday at the 4:30, 8:00, and 10:45 services. He will also be teaching the Sunday morning Adult Bible study class on the book of John that meets in the music room.

Ladies’ Aid
Our last meeting before our summer hiatus will be Thursday, May 8, at 11:30 in the Commons. We will be providing fried chicken for an indoor picnic, so please bring your favorite picnic side or dessert. All ladies are invited to attend!
Blessed Are They
All Women are Invited to attend the Indy East Zone LWML “Blessed Are They…” Spring Gathering on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Trinity Lutheran Church from 9:00 to 11:30 am. Registration begins at 8:45 am. Men’s Breakfast Bible Study

Walk-a-thon is Coming Up May 16!

We are pleased to announce that an offer has been made by teachers Laura Collins and Jamie Belschner to SLEEP ON OUR ROOF if the 2025 Walk-a-thon raises its goal of $10,000! Yard Sale
A planning meeting has been set for Wednesday, May 7, from 5:30 to 6:00 in the Commons. All are welcome to attend to plan for this event coming up May 31. Any questions or for further information, please contact School Board Chairman, Mr. Dennis Walker.

Mites for Missions Sunday
This and every first weekend of the month, our LWML collects mites in the form of loose change, cash, check, or online donations to help support a variety of missions around the world. In May, the focus grant for May is Breaking Generational Poverty in Detroit - Camp Restore, Detroit, MI
Mulch Spreading
Many hands are needed on Saturday, May 3 beginning at 9am to spread mulch around the playground, childcare, and church and school property. Please bring wheelbarrows and shovels if you have them! Thank you for helping keep our campus safe and beautiful!
HVAC Repair Update
The repair of the controllers for the church HVAC system is underway. This may result in some disruptions to the climate control at times. It is hoped that this will be completed by late May. Thank you for your patience.
