Shakespeare
The Shakespeare discussion group meets on Thursday mornings at 9:45 in the home of Rick and Shirley Reed (1982 Mann Drive, Beech Grove). We are starting Antony and Cleopatra and would welcome any participants who wish to join us in a no-pressure, rather fun exploration of the greatest poet in the English language. Don't worry about joining us after we begin, we proceed at a comfortable pace.
In addition, if you would be interested in reading and discussing Dante's Divine Comedy, Rick would like to start another group to pursue what many regard as the most important poem in the history of Christianity, outside of the Psalms. No meeting day or time has yet been set.
