At 7:00 on Sunday, June 30, the Youth Board will be hosting another Youth Gathering Information Meeting for students and parents.

This meeting will cover much of the same information as the April meeting, with some updates on some things as we know them. All eligible youth (current 7^th graders through high school juniors) are invited to attend this meeting with their parents. We want to get an idea of who will be going and what kind of fundraising and other plans we will need to be making. Attendance is not mandatory, but it is helpful to gather together as we are planning for this awesome opportunity for our youth. We would especially encourage those to attend who are "on the fence" or that weren't able to make it to the last meeting. Commitments will need to be made by November 1.
