St. John Lutheran School is guided by policies and procedures established by the Board for Child Christian Education (School Board). Changes to these policies and procedures are communicated to school families in a variety of ways.

Parent Teacher League

Parent Teacher League

If you like to be a part of the school activities made available to your children, then our Parent-Teacher League (PTL) is the place for you. This group of parents and teachers work together in a number of ways:

  • Planning and promoting school events, such as picnics, game nights, festivals, and other activities designed to bring our school community together
  • Planning fundraisers, such as our fall catalog sale and our spring plant sale. 
  • Enhancing the school atmosphere with displays, posters, and other visual items for our school hallways
  • Enlisting parent assistance in the classroom for special events, parties, and field trips
  • Planning special events for teacher recognition and appreciation.

How to Make a Gift

Gifts to St. John Lutheran School are tax-deductible. The true benefit of your gift is your provision for providing for children as they grow and develop into strong Christian leaders.

Matching Gifts
Many companies will match the gift you make to St. John Lutheran School.  Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. Request a matching gift form from your employer and send it in. We will do the rest.
